I'm Tracy Eddy, Principal Broker and Director at Kindred. I started this business because I was tired of watching good businesses get let down by insurance that only showed up when something was being sold.
I know what it's like to be counted out before anyone's really looked at what you're building.
My job is to understand your business well enough to tell you the truth about what it needs — even when that's not the easiest answer. That's not a service promise. It's how I'd want to be treated myself.
In-person and remote options
If you prefer to meet face‑to‑face, I’m happy to come to your workplace or sit down with you over coffee. Some conversations are easier in person, and it gives me a chance to understand how your business really operates.
If meeting in person isn’t practical, we can connect online. A remote session works just as well — clear guidance, no pressure, and the same level of care and attention to detail.
